BREAKFAST:
Buffet breakfasts are available in Diamond Cut Steakhouse between 7:00am and 10:00am. Guests can help themselves to fresh island fruits, juices, pastries and grilled items, including scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages.

LUNCH:
Casual buffet-style lunches featuring local and international dishes are available at Almond Tree Terrace from 12 noon to 3:00pm.

AFTERNOON TEA:
Available between 3:30pm and 5:00pm in the Almond Tree Terrace bar.

DINNER:
Buffet dinners, featuring local and international dishes, are available in Diamond Cut Steakhouse from 7:00pn to 9:30pm except on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays when cookout dinners are served at Almond Tree Terrace from 7:00pm to 9:30pm.

BARS:
There are two bars: the Almond Tree Terrace Bar and informal Bamboo Bar.
Almond Tree Terrace Bar is open daily from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Extended opening time until 12 midnight three days per week – live entertainment is provided. Bamboo Bar is open from 6:00pm to midnight four evenings per week – live entertainment provided.
All guests are invited to the Manager’s Cocktail Party on Wednesdays between 6:15pm and 7:00pm in Bamboo Bar.
