Please ensure that all accounts are settled at check out time on the day of your departure. Those guests who depart later in the day will be able to pay directly for any additional charges which may be incurred. All major credit cards, travelers cheques or cash may be use to settle guest accounts. We regret that personal cheques cannot be accepted.

As of April 1, 2011, complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the Sugar Bay Club. This includes service while inside guest rooms. Please keep this in mind when comparing our rates with other St. Kitts resorts where Wi-Fi access can run as high as $14.95/day

Car Rental can be arranged through the Tour Desk. Please dial 407 for more information. A temporary driver's license is required, and can be obtained for a fee of US$25.00.

Air Conditioning is provided in all guest accommodation. Temperature can be individually controlled by means of a thermostat switch located on the unit or the remote control. For maximum efficiency all doors and windows should be kept closed and fans switched off when the air conditioner is operating. In the interest of conservation, we kindly request that you turn off the air conditioner whenever you are leaving your room.

Babysitting can be arranged through the Reception for a nominal charge of US$8.00 per hour. We would appreciate at least twenty-four hours notice but we will endeavor to accommodate last minute requests. Transportation should be provided for the Babysitter by the Guest after 11:00pm.

Foreign currency and travelers cheques may be exchanged at Reception. We regret that foreign currency regulations prohibit the hotel from exchanging Eastern Caribbean Dollars for foreign currency. In addition, there are a number of banks in Basseterre including First Caribbean International Bank, bank of Nova Scotia, Royal Bank of Canada and St.Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank
