Air Conditioning is provided in all guest accommodation. Temperature can be individually controlled by means of a thermostat switch located on the unit or the remote control. For maximum efficiency all doors and windows should be kept closed and fans switched off when the air conditioner is operating. In the interest of conservation, we kindly request that you turn off the air conditioner whenever you are leaving your room.

The hotel operates on both an ALL-INCLUSIVE and ROOM-ONLY basis. The all-inclusive option entitles the guest to Breakfast, Lunch Afternoon Tea, Dinner, All House Beverages and Entertainment. The Room-only option indicates that the guest has paid for only accommodation and is required to pay for all meals, beverages consumed. These can either be charged to the guest’s room (if a credit card imprint was provided at Reception) or settled with cash at the food/beverage outlets.

Babysitting can be arranged through Reception at extension ‘0’ for a nominal charge of US$8.00 per hour. We would appreciate at least twenty-four hours notice but we will endeavor to accommodate last minute requests. Transportation should be provided for the Babysitter by the Guest after 11:00pm.

Foreign currency and travelers cheques may be exchanged at Reception. We regret that foreign currency regulations prohibit the hotel from exchanging Eastern Caribbean Dollars for foreign currency. In addition, there are a number of banks in Basseterre including First Caribbean International Bank, bank of Nova Scotia, Royal Bank of Canada and St.Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank.

Bamboo Bar
This Lounge Bar is located adjacent to the lobby and provides frequent evening entertainment. It is open from 6:00pm-12:00pm at least four days per week. Bamboo Bar can be reached at extension 417.

Poolside Bar
Enjoy a refreshing drink from the bar after having a swim. In the evening this is a perfect place for a sundowner whilst our entertainers perform for your listening and dancing pleasure. The Poolside bar is open from 10:00am-6:00pm and until midnight at least three days per week. The bar can be reached at extension 421.

Please ensure that all accounts are settled at check out time on the day of your departure. Those guests who depart later in the day will be able to pay directly for any additional charges which may be incurred. All major credit cards, travelers cheques or cash may be use to settle guest accounts. We regret that personal cheques cannot be accepted.
